The Albert Dock PDF Print E-mail

The Albert Dock is said to be a remarkable and stunning piece of architecture! Opened in 1846, it soon became a treasure house of precious cargoes from all over the world. Today a £100 million redevelopment has transformed it into one of Liverpool's busiest and most cosmopolitan centres and a top heritage attraction. It hosts not only stylish bars and restaurants but the famous Beatles Story, the Maritime Museum and HM Customs & Excise National Museum. It is one of the jewels of the north and is therefore a must see!
